Our Ninja class has a strong emphasis on making fitness fun and enjoyable. We have a goal of educating and empowering the kids to enjoy the process of training and learning to gain more control of their bodies for whatever their goal may be in life. (sports, after school exercise, or health).
This is accomplished by engaging all basic fundamental human movement patterns (such as running, jumping, climbing crawling, and balancing) by way of group games, team building exercises, obstacle courses and more!

Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
This class introduces your child to the martial art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We instruct the necessary steps to train safely, receive great exercise, and learn discipline and respect. More importantly, our system teaches them to have confidence in themselves. Our program is suited for all skill levels from beginner to advanced, and for those that want, train for self-defense or sport competition.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu allows for training/sparring in a safe manner for real life applications. As students develop, they obtain skills to leverage for control, joint locks and choke holds and more.

This class is designed for competing middle school and high school athletics. The class focus is to create more body control, along with strength, speed and agility.
