Dewey takes an evolutionary approach to movement and fitness training, optimizing performance and combating the negative effects placed on our physical health by the modernized world. This philosophy provides a foundation for working with elite athletes, general population as well people post surgery, injury or with other limitations.
He travels internationally as an instructor for the Functional Range Conditioning System and Kinstretch. Since 2010 Nike has requested Dewey serve as one of their elite trainers, providing content and philosophy for a variety of projects and events. Dewey holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is an avid outdoorsman and adventurist. He is the owner of Impact.
Jamie’s philosophy for coaching nutritional change is to build skills that support your goal, and that are sustainable. With overwhelming and wildly varying nutrition information available, Jamie will use researched based practices to teach sound nutritional principles and filter through diet trends.
She began her fitness career as a coach certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then, she has become a Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, the latter being a full year mentorship certification. She is also a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, and Impact’s gym manger. Jamie is challenged by golf and testing her skills on the course.
Bryan’s coaching methods for BJJ has always been tournament inspired by spreading competition knowledge to all students. Using that premise, he has the ability to modify Jiu Jitsu to the masses in a way where everyone can reach their training goals. His coaching philosophy is to educate all members of the gym, empower them with the information and tools to make lifelong changes and to help further them towards reaching their training and wellness goals.
He has extensive experience in coaching adults and kids for both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness training. Bryan is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist/Assistant Instructor, and Kinstretch Level 1 instructor. He is the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program manager, and Head Coach for Impact Youth Programs. In addition, he is a Licensed Massage therapist and certified in Function Range Release techniques for the spine and upper limb. Bryan is the owner of Adapt Bodywork.
Bryan is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (the youngest to be awarded in the State of Oregon). As a competitive athlete, he medaled at prestigious competitions locally and throughout the country and was featured in Gracie Mag #169. Bryan is an outdoorsman and fisherman.
Bryan’s coaching style is one that is welcoming and encouraging. His goal with each member is to promote progress within their abilities and acknowledging their successes.
Previously, he competed in amateur boxing, kickboxing, and MMA fighting. He is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist and Kinstretch Level 1 instructor. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt and enjoys playing basketball and golf.
